How about working out in a beautifully designed space that looks more like a lounge than a local YMCA! Not only that but they have great equipment and classes too. Best bet for getting in shape fast: boxing with Coach Rico. And if you’re looking for more personalized service, they also offer one-on-one training. After your workout you can fuel up with a healthy snack at the café near the entrance or take a quick trip down to Whole Foods.

I have been a member for about three months and contribute my new found body strength to the club, more specifically Ali (a trainer). The club has an awesome enviroment with great staff. Ali and his killer box fit class is just a bonus. All classes offered are great.

The Yorkville Club Uptown (on Eglinton, where the York Theatre used to be) is the Sexiest Workout Joint. They have amazing new workout machines, great yoga classes, and a spa in the bottom floor. They even have kiddie care which has a camera so you can watch your tots on tv while you work out. Perfect for some mummy time.

Love the classes especially the hot yoga!!! They have all machines you want and you can watch your favourite shows while working out if you forgot your iPod...how cool! They just added this really sleek stretching room...
