The great rebellion of 1997 led to the formation of many ex-Cora loyalists to band together in a rebel force of breakfast chains that still feature plastic chickens and curly-cut fruit, but which have slightly re-worked menu item names so as to avoid legal action by Ms. Tsouflidou. And the one in Westmount is damn good, better than many Chez'.
