This nail salon sucks. I know all the other reviews are good, but this is the deal with 10 spot - my friends and I were treated like crap by the store manager when we went for manicures. We read all these great reviews so we thought we would try it. But as it turns out, they have a holier-than-thou attitude because they're such a "major salon" and will charge you for full manicures even if you're late because they gave you bad directions... and will only call you not to help out but to tell you it's too late and they're taking your money. Yeah, thanks a lot, ladies! Next time, forget the "major salons", we're sticking with the little Vietnamese place down the road.

A luxurious treat for you and also a good choice for a girls day out. I love the vibe because it's relaxed and fun, and the staff is sociable and friendly. Plus, the delicious drinks and DVDs available on hand to distract you if you choose to get waxed, are huge bonuses. 10 Spot also hosts private parties so if it's more than a few of you or you're having a bachelorette party, this place is ideal. Come for the manis, pedis, facials and massages, and stay for the loungy atmosphere, good conversation and gracious service. Also, it's located in one of Toronto's hippest 'hoods -- West Queen West, so after pampering you and your friends can check out some of the city's best shopping and dining along this strip.

The girls here are wonderful and always do a great job! Plus, when there's wax involved, there's no better distraction than Arrested Development on the TV to distract you!
