First time coming here and I loved it. Whoever knew persian take out can be so good Mmmm.

So far, this is place the best takeout Kabob in Toronto, It is Charbroiled and very very fresh. You can go for the Kobedeh (minced beef meat), or you could pay a bit more and buy Sultani (Filet Minion kabob... it very tasty). The price is really good. Make sure to sprinkle the Sumak on the rice and the meat plate :)
