Don't ignore homeless cats and kittens. They will keep having kittens, and the kittens will have kittens. Toronto now has over half a million stray cats.
If you can't donate money, donate your time as a foster parent, or if you are a carpenter or electrician, contact Cat rescue places to volunteer your services.
I applaud cat rescue places such as Annex Cat Rescue.
