Amazing coffee and fun specialty crepes

This is one of my favourite spots for an early Sunday morning Americano to accompany some last minute writing. Located just across from newly renovated Art Gallery of Ontario, the shop's first half is a gallery for local artists with a touch of lesiure while the back of the shop offers amazing illy coffee options, snacks (cakes, tiramisu, biscotti, profiteroles), specialty chocolate truffles, cheese or chocolate fondue for two and both savoury and sweet crepes (with the option of buckwheat or white).
Great for a quick sit down sip of joe or take-out, the staff is friendly and the crepes are delicious. Teas are sourced from the Tea Emporium and include the typical Jasmine and Earl Greys but also Vanilla, Herbal Relaxers, Chocolate Chai and Indian Summer. Coffees go from any spin on your regular illy coffee served both hot and iced. A combo Turkish coffee & Turkish Delight go for $4.25. They offer juice for the non-caffeine drinker or beer and wine are available for a late-day stop-in.
A favourite of visitors in the early morning to late at night are the crepes, made savoury or sweet. Delicious savoury options include Grilled Chicken & Mayan Organic Dark Chocolate, Canadian Breakfast or Blue + Sea. Sweet crepe options: Banana & Walnut, Exotic Fruit, Chocolate & Pistachio or Peanut Butter with Maple Syrup.
