Ridiculously cheap sushi for lunch

Located across the street from the new Sandwich Box, CJ Lunchbox is a favourite for Toronto's creative community at Richmond and Spadina. I remember the first time I walked in, I was surprised at how many people were lined up and how quickly they kept the line moving!
I immediately found out why CJ Lunchbox is such a big deal. Besides the incredibly friendly staff, the sushi is stupidly affordable for lunch. Pick up a pre-made box sitting in the chiller, probably rolled that hour because of the high turnover of lunch boxes, or get a combo. You can always expect the staff to give you some extras which is an absolute treat.
All in all, a tray of sushi with sashimi and miso will cost you around $5 for sushi that is great for lunch and a quick option for those having to run back to work to finish programing their flash intro pages. A great deal compared to the sushi restaurants at Queen + Spadina where you often have to wait a long time to get a table or pay 2x for the same amount of sushi.
