Went once for the pole dancing workshop with a group of girlfriends. Learned a complete routine. Had a lot of fun! Some of us got bruises on the legs from hitting the pole unskillfully.I believe they also offer other fun classes like chair dancing and stripteasing too.

A sexy way to get into shape. If you're looking to change up your workout routine, enroll in one of their pole-dancing or strip tease classes or if you are pressed for time, try one of their one-day workshops like Video Vixen or Lap Dancing. It’s not like walking into a fitness gym either, it’s like walking into a club! You'll learn new moves (though you might just want to share them with your partner) while gaining new muscle tone and strength. Try their Coyote Ugly Workshop, you'll feel like you belong in the movie - mainly because you actually do perform what you learned on top of their front bar!

I feel great during and after every pilates class thanks to the careful guidance and personal attention by the knowledgeable and fun-loving instructor, Talia. Talia's classes are unintimidating even for the absolute beginner as they are small and friendly. Talia takes the time to understand each student's body mechanics and finds ways to address any outstanding injury or tightness.

The space is great but we like the fact that they will come to you for private parties. Moms can get their groove back at flirty girl fitness!
