Located right in the heart of bloor&yorkville, flow is the place to be for an intimate meal or even people watching on the patio during tiff. between the delectible cheesecake with raspberry coulis and a complimentary glass of ice wine - im sold!

Chef Richard Andino is a genious with catering as much as he is with his dinner menu. Best Chicken Salad and Roast Beef sandwiches that I have ever tasted ... along with salads and desserts, made for the best lunch meeting I've hosted.

Definitely not the sort of place I'd grab lunch every day (it would take my whole paycheque to cover a week's meals!) but wow, lovely place for a special occasion. No matter which company throws a luncheon here, I RSVP yes! Great food and superstar atmosphere - I love it!
