Great bistro brunch

Some brunch spots are just-rolled-out-of-bed places and others are a bit more upscale. Globe Bistro falls into this second camp. Perfect for a day when you just feel like being a bit more dressed up. Everything is delicious, especially their new-school huevos rancheros, which are listed on the menu simply as “Eggs.” They are served on house-made tortillas with an updated take on traditional huevos rancheros ingredients—a mix of hollandaise, pico de gallo, chimichurri, cheddar, and so on. Pair your brunch with one of their tasty smoothies and you’ve got what is perhaps the perfect way to start a weekend morning. Globe also serves great lunches and dinners.
