Regular people of all ages, sizes and abilities. Open to families and has a lot of extra benefits, like daycare, different sports and a swimming pool.

I love this place. Staff is super friendly, place is clean and well maintained. Signing up was no sweat since you don't have to be on the hook for an entire year. It doesn't even cross my mind to cancel my membership. They have a swimming pool, a variety of machines and their classes are excellent. My fave in the city for sure.
