It's not often that I find myself west of Bathurst, but whenever I am I'm sure to stop in at Niche. Nothing beats the winter blues like sitting down to a cappucino and an omlete and people watching out the front window; and brunch is served until 4pm, so you can enjoy your favorite comfort food as the sun rises or sets.

Niche serves brunch until 3 p.m. on weekends which is great if you're like me and get cravings for French toast midday. During the week try their creamy lattes and stop in for breakfast or lunch. I really like the grilled banana bread with Nutella. They also have sandwiches, salads and soups. If you don't have time to sit, grab one of their delicious muffins (baked fresh) and an espresso to get you through the day.

The barristas foam perfect cappuccino's everytime - and the service is phenomenal. love this place. wish it were closer to home.

- home made corn bread & arugula & the perfect hollandaise sauce.. nuff said. Oh - and gorgeous fresh roasted, freshly brewed coffee - with flavours like "Queen West" and "The Danforth" it's a true local treat!

It's a great little independant coffeehouse, with the best Japanese green tea I've had yet. It's convenient - right across the street from work!
