This space on College is so incredibly beautiful and ivniting, you will browse their stocked shelves peacefully as if you were browsing in a library. The selection offers local, organic and sustainable choices in fresh and gourmet packaged foods. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer all of your questions...if you are curious like I am. The coffee is delicious...and happily served in compostable cups (although we still take or own). Also offered is a wonderful catering menu...it changes often since it revolves around and evolves with the seasons. If you are not used to shopping or eating this way, it may be difficult, but trust that you will be thrilled with the taste. It is apparent that the owners put their heart and soul into their space, and into their offerings. (and they must have kids since there are toys to play with while you browse or eat + drink, although still it remains calm inside).

pantry is a gourmet food shop where you can take out the most delicious ready made food, prepared with natural, local and organic ingredients. the store itself is like an art installation. it's whimsical and delightful and perfect and was clearly a labour of love to create. there is a little play area at the front and lots of room the kids to run around (the owners have two).

It is has the yummiest prepared food, in a georgous space with the greatest staff chefs! If you are having a BBQ or friends over for dinner and don't have time to prepare everything, they can help.

Gourmet take out

It just opened in my hood! The decor is very hip and tasteful, they have a good eye for design. The food spectacular. I ordered a delicious take out dinner from them tonight - a gourmet meal for 3 that consisted of slow cooked ribs, gourmet green beans, wheatberry salad, antipasto and a delicious yam lasagna. All were really fresh and great. Not cheap but totally reasonable on the gourmet scale and worth it!
