Best Vodka selection in the city

Rated this place:

and the big russian beers are great too. Great location, knowledgeable staff, and having a drink in the park across the street is always a pleasant break

Great place to hang out...

Rated this place:

Love the vibe of Pravda. Been there a few times and can't say a bad thing about it! Good apetizers and fantastic martinis.

Martini

Rated this place:

After nine years at the thriving neighbouring bistro Bravi, owner Rumen Dimitroff sold his share so he could launch Pravda. Now in a new location, just down the street from the first Pravda, Dimitroff has tried to recreate an inviting club-like restaurant in whites and Russian reds. And true to its namesake, portraits of former Russian leaders Stalin and Lenin hang on the walls, not to mention the red hammer and sicle flag...

Russian-themed bar

Rated this place:

I love how the walls are completely covered in Russian art and interesting paraphernalia...the bar has a great vibe and apparently they play the Russian national anthem at midnight!

Green apple martini

Rated this place:

Pravda Vodka Bar

Pravda is fantastic because anyone can find what they are looking for. with over 70 different kinds of vodka alone, it is always easy to mix things up. apart from the famously yummy martini's, pravda also is home to an oh-so-talented chef who just happens to make the best portobello perogies on the face of the earth. between a handful (or three) of corn nuts and dancing with the bongo man, your night is more than complete.

Martini bar

Rated this place:

I went there for a work function and I was totally distracted by the amazing martinis…sour apple was my choice for the night and they went down oh so smoothly! The Russian design elements add a playful and dramatic touch. I would definitely come back with friends.

Place to pretend you’re a russian czar(ina)

Rated this place:

Pravda Vodka Bar

I visited Russia recently, but I could have just gone to Pravda. Dark wood, burgundy wallpaper, portraits of Lenin, matryoshka dolls, sparkling chandeliers and more than 70 vodkas. Caviar blinis with dill and smetana, salmon and mushrooms... If only they could keep the patrons from having fun, it would be JUST like Russia. At 300 rubles each, martinis are not priced for the proletariat. Arrive early to get a big leather chair, leave before the noise makes you deaf. http://www.pravdavodkabar.com
