Cheesy, I know...but trust me on this. Swirls Cupcakes are LEGIT!! You will be telling your Grandchildren stories about the first time you ever had a Swirls Cupcake. The Mangolicious is my hands down favourite. The cake is not too dense...the frosting is light and unmistakably mango-ey. I could go on for days about how much I love Swirls Cupcakes...but get yourself a 6-pack (pretty good deal @ $10.95 incl. tax) and decide for yourself. Get ready for the random cravings!!!

I tried Swirls for the first time this weekend and after my first bite of the red velvet cupcake, I was completely smitten. We ordered a half-dozen just to try them out (2 red velvet, 2 lemon luau and 2 mangolicious) and because of all the great reviews. The cakes were sweet but light. And the buttercream frosting was unbelievably rich...not at all waxy like store-bought cupcakes. BE FOREWARNED: You will begin to crave Swirls cupcakes fortnightly and will come up with lame excuses to go back to the shop for more. True story.

They have another location in Toronto now (on Dundas)....I know what you mean! I've been there a few times...and I can't stop thinking about these cupcakes...so good. love. love.love. mmmmm, the chocolate is amazing!

My sister introduced me to this place & I have been telling people about it ever since. It's small & may not be the first place you would run into if you are driving by, however, once you try their cupcakes you will definitely be coming back...over and over! My favourite cupcake is the Charming Hostess
