Something about this place makes me feel like I’m a little closer to getting a real idea of what authentic Thai cuisine should taste like. I can’t say what it is exactly, but the sensation is undeniable.The food is light, refreshing and balanced; what I always imagined it could be. These qualities are perfectly summed up in their beef salad, which blends lime, chilies, red pepper and cilantro with expertly grilled, thinly sliced beef.The atmosphere is homey and understated, with a touch of poppies and a few other quotes from the east. Well worth a visit if your in the village.
