I buy lots of supplements there and they are not expired in fact the one I just bought expires 2012. They do have a sale items table that are close to expirey so its a choice. I find the supplements to be a good price. There is a woman who works there sometimes who is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not waste your time or money stepping foot into this shop. 70% of the items that they sell in this store are PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!!! That may be why they try to sell at reduced prices compared to other health food stores. It is not worth it to risk your health or your family's health buy buying food that is not even fit for consumption.

Plenty of selection from meat, bread, gluten free snacks I would go on with the list but ill just be wasting your time, go and see for yourself. Run don't walk to the natural food depot.

I like this store because they carry so many great foods and tasty treats and even have gluten free marshmallows for my hot chocolate in the winter!!
