Nicest open park to sit and read, chill with friends, stroll through with a date, take the kids to the park at, community centre AND Calfouti and Fresh Restaurant are so close for take out.

Whether you're chilling on a blanket with a spliff, tossing a frisbee or strolling with a cute date, this park can accomodate all of those activities. There are always festivals and events going on too. The best part is there are no big, stinky, loud dogs running around because there's a separate dog park area.

Yeah, Bellwoods park has been really picking up in the last few years also, great ravine also.

It's a nice big park in the middle of the city and the times I've went it's been relatively uncrowded with a nice mix of folks

Tree climbing trees

There's this one tree - I'll add a picture soon - that begs you to climb it, and constantly harkens you higher. Still gotta check out High Park though.
