Subway station

Rated this place:

Union captures the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto in an elegant fashion...the building itself is gorgeous and welcoming. The space is also great for public art events, such as Nuit Blanche's Horridor, an ode to horror movies, taking place in the building's west entrance on Oct. 4!

A weekend out of the city - cycling beautiful riverside trails in a historic setting - is amazing and inspirational... We took in a show in Niagara-on-the-lake and checked out the touristy Clifton Hill at Niagara Falls. Highly recommended: hiking in Niagara Glen. Next time: we ride alongside the Welland Canal route. http://www.biketrain.ca/

Everything is so tightly packed down there. Plus, it's close to everything downtown!

Thousands of non-TO residents work hard every day to make our city great. They assemble here every evening and wait for GO trains to take them home, away from the hustle and bustle of our fast paced city. Time slows when the city's commercial monoliths recede from the window of a speeding GO train.

Life is moving so quickly that the only way to catch up with it is to Ride the Rocket. Welcome to Union Station! The transport hub of Toronto! From here, you can travel to any location within my great city!

Commuters of southern ontario converge here every morning in this classic revival style complex before going about their daily lives. Here, you can catch the VIA trains, GO trains and TTC subways.
