Young & Single from Queen Street West

Wrongbar

Rated this place:

The place is totally in an unexpected part of town. I heard about it form a friend and we went to check it out one night. It's a fun place but it got super busy, which is great for the club, but not so great when you're waiting for the bathroom, which could be bigger to accomate the big club. Other than that the club is nice and big and well maintained. It's got a nice dance floor area with cool lights and good sound. Also there is a good amount of seating space around the room so you can just chill for a bit if you don't feel like dancing the whole night. I'd say the place isn't that wrong at all ;)

Trendsetters from Queen Street West

Wrongbar

Rated this place:

In the last couple of years, Parkdale has been experiencing an identity transformation. With several openings of more upscale restaurants and boutiques, bars and lounges were next to follow. An addition to the area is Wrongbar, populated by west-enders, who don’t necessarily need to cross parks or ride streetcars for hips club spots and party night outs. Concerts and its Wednesday night party called “Hump Day Bump” pack fashionable crowds into this venue.

Dance club

Rated this place:

DJ Nasty Nav Sangha and Chris Harper have set up shop in Parkdale and opened Wrongbar, a bare bones, what-you-see-is-what-you-get bar and club. The room is dark, beer is cheap, genres change with the night and there’s more emphasis on the music than the décor (and there’s nothing wrong with that.)...
