Part jazz café, part record shop, part clubhouse, Sublime is home to Kensington Market’s most artfully crafted espresso drinks (provided you get the right barista, of course – which is 99% of the time). Also of note: decent prices, free wireless Internet access, lots of magazines, always stellar mood music, scrumptious (locally made) baked goods, rotating art displays - plus front and rear patios. Sublime’s atmosphere is perfect for chitchat, flippin’ through magazines or conducting casual business. …Just be patient. Service is very relaxed, so you might have to wait for barfly conversation to break before you get served. But hey, this is Kensington Market. And when in Kensington Market, you do as its people do: chill.
