Mainly because of the outdoor pool on the roof that is heated all winter and has a bar right next to it in the summer. Nothing like going to that pool after a hard workout! Inside facilities are decent too ; )

When the weather gets warm, there is no better place to be (well the beach would be nice, but let's face it, we are in Montreal). This is a great way to spend a summer afternoon, sipping drinks by the pool right in downtown Montreal.

In the summer the downtown fitness club also serves as a great place to tan! The rooftop terrace of Club La Cite has a great pool with tons of lounges, a mini poolside bar, and people of all ages basking in the sun.
