Although this museum boasts the city's best collection of fine art, it seasonally updates their acquisitions to create relevant and stimulating exhibits. The permanent collection contains works by Munch, Tissot, de Witte, Picasso and Monet. Be sure to catch the appropriate new exhibit for the summer- a tribute to the lifeworks of Yves St. Laurent. The permanent collection is also free for students and the museum runs many promotions.
