“Continuous Improvement”
Rated this place:
Kaizan is a sushi lover’s dream. The vast selection of quality sushi, including a number of rolls made with the restaurants famous spicy sauce, is accompanied by a stellar wine list and menu items like the Kobe Beef Gyozas you won’t soon forget. Sunday brunch is always popular, and it’s a great place for a business luncheon for those that work in the area.
Kaizan’s miso soup is a bit too complicated for my liking, although I’m sure many would like the kelp and seaweed garnish, and the enoki and shitake mushrooms. Personally, I prefer the tofu, wakame and scallion instant add-water variety, chock full of msg and sodium.
Check the online schedule for nights featuring live Jazz but don’t fret if you can’t get to the restaurant, Kaizan also has takeout and delivery service, Sushi-à-Go-Go.
