St. Viateur has expanded to sell ½ dozen bags of bagels in grocery stores all around Montreal and beyond. This successful shop - complete with giant Sesame mascot - oversees 2 bagel cafes and 3 bagel bakeries around Montreal in addition to the legendary original location - 263 St. Viateur. Open since 1957, the original St. Viateur is in operation 24/7 and boasts sales of over 1,000 bagels per day. Large orders can be shipping throughout Canada and the US, however feel free to stop in for a freshly baked hand-rolled bagel and cream cheese, which will set you back a mere $2.50 but keep you satisfied for hours.

These are the best bagels in the world. I personally prefer them to the still good but slightly too dense Fairmont Bagels.
