Also called the Pepsi Forum, this building really doesn’t have much in the way of excitement. There is a Future Shop, a very forgettable Guido and Angelina’s, a coffee shop, a souvenir shop, and a comedy club. However, the top-floor sports bar offers 2for1 bowling and $7 pitchers on Monday nights to kick off the week. And really, what else are you going to do on a Monday night? It’s usually pretty empty, and the staff is friendly, accommodating, and pleasantly conversational. In addition, the forum has an SAQ Sélection with a relatively large variety which is open until 9:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Finally, the AMC theatre offers interesting foreign and indie flicks from time to time, alongside more mainstream Hollywood hits, and it’s not nearly as overcrowded as the Scotiabank Cineplex downtown.
