about 2 or 3 years ago i purchased i pair of calvin klein sandals from heelboy, i dont remember the name of them and have not been able to find a pair since. they are the best darn pair of sandals ive ever had and there must be another identicle pair somewhere online for sale ?? black suede toe loop, wrap around the ankle criss cross straps... very simple design. they also came in brown and cream. how does one find an old collection sandal???

I stumbled upon this store while dress shopping on Queen Street and I am so glad I did. They have a really great variety of shoes in terms of brands and styles. My favorite thing about the store is there wide selection of Toms shoes which are super affordable and comfy. As well they have a lot of gladiator sandals and rain boots including Hunter Wellies.

I have quite the love affair with Heel Boy. I cannot resist walking by this shop without popping in to see what's new in stock. The owners do such a great job at selecting the hottest styles and brands of the season. There's a variety of casual and dressy shoes including sneakers, pumps, wellies, flip flops and sandals. The handbags are also carefully picked to go with the shoes. Brands available at this shop include Rocket Dog, Miss Sixty, Nine West, Kenneth Cole, Fornarina and Hush Puppies, along with trendy lines that you won't find at bigger stores. Prices are not outrageous (between $50 and $400) and Heel Boy has a lot of great promotions and end-of-season sales where I have purchased shoes at 75% off.

A few years ago there was a TV commercial in which several pairs of shoes followed a woman home from a day of shopping. I harbour a fantasy that the same thing will happen to me after a visit to Heel Boy! Whether you’re looking for dancing shoes, casual kicks for the weekend or winter boots, Heel Boy has an excellent selection of brands and styles. And their footwear is reasonably priced enough that you’ll still have money left over for brunch at one of the many nearby restaurants on Queen. Sample brands include Ted Baker, Kenneth Cole and Matt & Nat.

I love this small, simple Queen West shoe store because their selection is always exactly what I want to wear. This winter, I got a practical but pretty pair of hush puppies knee high boots and a killer gray high heeled pair of Seychelles (also knee high). I always go for the seasonal buy one get one free sales (usually with a girlfriend), and I always find something I love.

The range of shoe brands that they carry is elegant, classy and reasonably mid-range (as far as cost goes). Plus, they carry great purses and cute wallets and change purses.
