Covet + Crave is a self-described “premium denim and t-shirt boutique.” They carry a well-edited selection of denim styles and lines (everything from J-brand to Rich & Skinny.) Their equally well-edited selection of t-shirt includes items by Daftbird and Local God. And they stock other products like Hunter Boots and dressy tanks by Ella Moss. The wonderful owner Kim, is great at helping you find the right item for your needs and body type. And they’re open till 7 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 8 on Thursdays and Fridays, so you can pop in after work. They get lots of new stock in regularly so be sure to check back frequently.

Kim (the owner) has done a fantastic job of stocking premium denim for most body types. She has the denim hanging so it is easy to see, and has just the right amount of merchandise so as not to overwhelm. She is also friendly and honest when she helps you find a pair of jeans. See Full Post

by Olga Barsky Nestled in the King West strip, covet + crave is a premium denim and t-shirt boutique owned by the magnificent Kim Roberts.And Kim takes her job as a DC (Denimology Connoisseur, of course) very seriously, bringing the “most innovative, sought after, and hottest brands into the boutique.”My favourite part about covet + crave is how edited Kim’s choices are. Everything – from merchandising to styles and labels - makes perfect sense. And the minimal space is a reflection of Kim’s personal style – simple yet refined.What’s truly outstanding is the choice of labels Kim carries – some are old favourites (Fidelity, Ella Moss, J Brand, Hudson, Rick & Skinny, James Perse, Habitual, Guido & Mary, and Hunter) while others are a bit more rare (City of Others: socially aware denim line based in LA; Domino: predominantly skinny jeans by Canada’s own Guido and Mary; Daftbird: cozy collection of basics inspired by men’s clothes).

This small boutique stocks designer jeans, cotton tops, T-shirts and accessories for the fashion-conscious crowd. The owner carefully selects pieces based on the hottest trends and most coveted designers. Denim brands at this shop include Rich & Skinny, J Brand, Hudson and Fidelity. I also love the stylish tanks and tees from popular L.A. labels like Ella Moss, Graham & Spencer and Velvet. The shop also sells fedora hats, belts, Hunter wellies and jewelry by Biko designs, a local company that creates handcrafted earrings and charm necklaces in silver and gold.
