I love ordering books from Chapters--they make it so simple! If I spend more than $35 I get free shipping, and it always arrives faster than I expect. When I order books from Chapters online, I get special online discounts and another 10% off with my irewards card. I also love going into Chapters/Indigo as the atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly and I can literally spend a whole afternoon looking through the magazines, and browsing the books. They also sell wrapping paper, cards, home decor, gifts and other products and of course you can sit down at the Starbucks for some tea or coffee.
