You always hear Tony Vecchiarelli’s bell ringing through the neighbourhood before you see his signature orange truck. Tony is like the pied piper of Montreal – much to the chagrin of many sugar-crazed children, Tony services knifes and blades rather than serving frosty frozen desserts.
It is not known if Tony is an Orangeman or a Dutch soccer supporter, but he will hone and sharpen your kitchen knives, garden tools, push mowers and hardware on the spot. A sharp, well-greased push mower will put your gas mower to shame while you win environmental points and chalk up your lawn mowing time in the exercise column.
