Congee Queen is a hotspot in the North York area for Chinese food done right. If you are craving chow mein or deep fried squid, this is the place to go. The portions are generous and the taste is superb! They always have ample waitstaff (though you can be served by over four different people - which can be confusing) so service is quick. Reservations are always best as I've never seen it not full. It seems to be crowded through its lunch and dinner service, and on weekends - forget about it - if you don't have resos, you will be waiting forever!
