It happens again..why is it an Indian Restaurant opens with a bang, provide excellent home made food and once we get hooked the quality of food and more importantly the customer service level goes down...We had the worst experience at the Restaurant today,The Dosas were served right after they served hot Rasam (Soup), we did not get a chance to enjoy it properly. The Coconut chutney tasted like it was out of the freezer and watery, Sambhar seemed it was heated in the Microwave and it burnt our tongues and the owner/Manager basically told us he has lots of other customers and does not care about the complaints .....Why do these people forget-No service will amount to loss of loyalcustomers

I read an article in the Star about this restaurant and few of my friends had too.Truly amazing food.Why it is not cooked by commercial cooks but by the owners own family.so you get the real village type authentic type dishes.Every dosa is unique.you have to try it to know.I woild go on weekdays as the weekend evening can be pritty busy.they open after 4,00.
