Rated as one of Toronto's best new restaurants, Marben has somehow kept under the radar but has been hot with the King Street West foodies and party-goers. It's hot, it's trendy, it's new and a great place for groups and if you're looking to impress on a date. Fun flavours hide behind intricately done-up dishes like Duck Confit Tacos and Canjun-blackened Quail. For dessert, I had a chocolate molten lava cake with a peanut butter truffle center, brown butter ice cream and brulee'd bananas - perfect finish for a surprisingly delicious dinner. A great spot for after-work drinks and tapas or before heading out to the clubs on King West.
