The Westmount YMCA offers over 12 different fitness classes to choose from per day, as well as swimming, child and youth programs, activities for mom and tots, after school programs and drop-ins. You can find fitness and health seminars, Red Cross CPR certification courses, volunteer opportunities, qualified fitness trainers, and state of the art equipment.
The YMCA is a great addition to any neighbourhood, is completely non-exclusive plain, good, old-fashioned fun. Membership and monthly fees are significantly less than competing Westmount private spa clubs such as Victoria Park or The Atwater Club, so its a great choice for those on a budget. In addition, the Y has its own swimming pool and hosts the YMCA Master’s Swim Club for adults.
