pizza pie for those on a budget
Rated this place:
Small, laid-back pizzeria on St. Laurent with a great view of “The Main” and a simple menu. The Margherita pizza, a mixture of mozzarella and bocconcini, mild tomato sauce and fresh basil atop a thin crust, and served on a warm baking sheet (strange, I know) is tasty choice. The calzone was equally yummy, stuffed with goat cheese, peppers, mushrooms, and sausage. Pizza was served steaming hot, and wine was moderately priced (between $23-38). Most dishes fall under $15, and portions are generous. The service was quick, and our waiter was relaxed, attentive and very funny. Dinner for two with wine worked out to around $55 with tax. A great place for a casual budget-friendly meal
