...Beautifully designed by Ines Risi, The Local strikes all the de rigueur design notes: elegant from flowing curtains and with added warmth from exposed brick; there are cleverly curated photos of the neighbourhood’s Bloor Viaduct grid work and spacious leather-clad banquettes, plus a second-story private dining section for overlord wannabes.
