You can't go wrong with poutine from Poutini, just as long as your arteries can take it. At Poutini, it starts with real cheesy curds brought in nearly every day from Maple Dale Farms so that the curds are as "squeaky" as possible. The curds get topped on double-fried hand-cut fries. Gravy is simmered for at least eight hours - not mixed from powder - and they even offer vegetarian gravy. Get your poutine Traditional or "Poutigly" done up with bacon; try the fries with homemade dipping mayo-based sauces; or baked potato-style poutine. Last but not least, wash it all down with some Balzac's coffee - you'll need it - and be sure to recycle the recyclable containers, forks & napkins! Super eco-friendliness gives this poutine spot an extra star, not to mention their playlist of local bands & musicians.
