We bought a light fixture here and were told we couldn't get it today as they'd need to order it (and everything else) from a warehouse in Montreal. We asked for the floor model. They said no.
We paid in full.3 weeks later, they call and tell us it's arrived.
We go there. They have no bags. We carry just a box home.We start to install the light. It's missing a part.
We realize the wires are all twisted.We don't want to get a replacement from Visitor Parking because of waiting too long for it. And we're mad.We buy a better one from IKEA.We take this light fixture back to Visitor Parking the day after we brought it home. We ask for a refund given the situation. They refuse, saying they can't refund just because we changed our minds. I told them that that wasn't the case (again) and don't want an exchange or store credit.They point to the fine print on the invoice, which says that "all sales are final" and makes it seem like he's incredibly generous to even give us store credit. What kind of store doesn't do refunds 1 day after purchase?
What kind of store makes everything a final sale?
What kind of store doesn't TELL ITS CUSTOMERS when they pay that all sales are final?Be warned, once you go in, you can't go back!
