Pathetic Customer Service - Wrong Flowers

We ordered a bouquet of flowers for our coworker's 20th anniversary. A lovely, colourful, spring like bouquet with many different varieties. Just now, they delivered a pathetic, tiny square vase consisting of TWO red carnations and some gold Christmas plastic ornaments. The right and wrong bouquets look absolutely nothing alike, and the one they sent is much cheaper. We just phoned the store and they refuse to take responsibility. Instead, the customer service rep is blaming the delivery driver - despite the fact that the card inside is correct, which means the mistake happened in-store. They are refusing to send a replacement until next week even though our coworker will be on vacation by then. As well, they are expecting our office to babysit these wrong flowers, and to have them in excellent condition for the delivery person to pick up next week when they finally deliver the right ones.
Disgusting.
