Worst Service Ever!

First of all, the restaurant was freezing cold. Other were complaining and some were wearing their winter coats while waiting for food. We ordered 2 hot Jasmine teas and when they arrived one was cold, one was hot. We complained and they took the cold one away but didn't come back with the replacement. We had to ask a number of time and in about 15 minutes the second tiny pot of tea arrived.
My dinner arrives but my wifes does not. I start to eat a bit because the food is getting cold in the freezing restaurant. Then we have to start asking over and over again why my wifes dish has not arrived. The restaurant is practically empty and they say it is because they are so busy.
Finally after our evening is ruined and my wife is so mad that she wants to leave, I get up and go back and chew out the waitress. She apologizes again and finally a couple of minutes later my wifes dish arrives. We eat quickly, pay with no tip and get out of there quickly, never to return.
