Because it's good, hearty Italian food - whether take out or dine in - also perfect if you are hungry because of their huge portions. I've been there several times, and there's always a line up for take out, and always a line up to dine in (it's always packed) - which is a great indicator that the food is liked by many, since the decor/setting/location is nothing special. The main thing I find that seperates them from the big chain/franchised italian restaurants is their gourmet pasta sauces.

It has a terrific tomato sauce on the pizza unlike anywhere else. They put lots of cheese on the pizza.
