Nicknamed "Cheese-el" by folks who don't need a goddam DJ spinning while they work out, this place closed about a year ago. Go figure. Apparently co-owner Josh Feuer split with a considerable amount of money owed to both clients and staff - not avery popular dude in Toronto.

Worst part of this whole closing fiasco to me was the deluge of gym-less douchebags that ruined the once-chill vibe at my beloved Totum Life Science around the corner.

Of course you want to go here to work out! You walk in and it's like you just showed up at the party. Have some juice, meet the d.j., check out the beautiful people, admire the art, and - oh yeah - have a great workout too! eucalyptus steam anyone?

The space is super cool and the classes are awesome

Jeff teaches Ashtanga there and he is the real deal - he lives, breathes and sleeps it. You really get a workout and a good relax all in one
