A Queen West institution, Pam Chorley's "Fashion Crimes" is the place to go for pretty party dresses that will help you stand out in a crowd. The dresses themselves can be pricey, but for a special occassion (such as a highschool prom, a fancy dress party, or a wedding) they aren't unreasonable. The staff are attentive, friendly, and eager to help, and alterations are available, so that you'll feel as much a princess as you look in your new gown. Accessories are also available.

These people make sales and do not tell you that its store policy is no refunds only store credits when you purchase. An English language student staying with me bought a dress and took it back after deciding it wasn't exactly what she needed. They refused to refund to her credit card and would only give her a store credit - not a lot of use if you live in Vladivostock Eastern Russia!! No exceptions no refunds. SO BEWARE IF YOU SHOP IN THIS STORE!!!

I went shopping for my wedding dress here and was amazed on how many different dresses and styles were available. The staff were amazing and listen to exactly what you are looking for. If they on are commission, they sure do work for it. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a dress for any event. It was a 2 hour drive for us (a drive we were making anyway) but it was totally worth it and would do it again for future dresses. I love the fact that they were able to find a size that fit a girl with a not so small middle and a bit taller than the average bear. And it something didn't fit then alterations were available.

You’ll find a very unique selection of feminine and cutting edge dresses by local designer Pam Chorley. Many of the dresses are made here in Toronto at Chorley’s studio so if you’re looking for something particular, she may be able to accommodate you. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the boutique itself is packed with frilly, fun and whimsical designs. A sudden smile comes on your face when you walk into this place. Chorely creates dresses for girls and women, for all occasions including weddings.

They do have beautiful dresses, but there staff must work on commission, b/c I went in and ordered a dress for my wedding in a particular fabirc, they said no problem, now 3 weeks before my wedding I've been told, they have run out of fabric and I have to take more time out of my already busy schedule to go down to the store to pick out a new dress. if the dress or marterial is more expensive I will have to blow my budget. despite the fact that this is not my fault !

I loved playing dress up as a kid. Pearls, boas, feathers, lace, and crystals have been a permanent staple in my childhood memory, as it is a permanent staple in the decor and clothing found underneath the crystal chandeliers, Venetian mirrors, and lavish fitting room curtains. One cannot help but be swept away in amazement, and brought back to the days of playing dress up with your mother’s clothing. The store houses classic, vintage styles with its own modern twist. I LOVE it!
