I've been a regular for years now. It is better than any homebrew I've had and the staff are up for replicating any beer you love. Fermentations has been a hub for my growing love and knowledge of beer. If you are a hesitant first-timer get together with a group of friends to do a batch. It only takes 2 weeks for most beers and bottling is a great way to start a weekend.

I've just finished bottling my 3 batch of wine and just ordered another 2. Charles is AMAZING. His wines are so much better than the ones you could get at the LCBO for a fraction of the cost. Beer is also amazing, it actually tastes the way beer is suppose to :)

Charles is the most knowledgeable and passionate amateur wine-maker. The wines you make with him are top notch; usually better than what you can get at the LCBO and always way, way cheaper. Amazing!
