Amazingly fresh tzatziki meal with salsa, hummus, pita & chicken skewers... but the tzatziki was so good you wanted to eat it straight!

This is cheesecake as it's meant to be. No cream cheese North American version here - this delectable recipe is made with dry cottage cheese, or farmer's cheese, for an authentic euro taste and texture.
