HORRIBLE - DO NOT GO THERE!

We bought a sectional couch from GH Johnson about 3 months ago. The customer service right from the start was horrible. They did not seem like they even cared about selling their stuff. However, we were really in love with their sectional so we decided to buy it from there anyway. Little did we realize how bad things were going to get. At first, Pat the owner told us that we would get it in 2-3 weeks time frame. He said its guaranteed in 2-3 weeks as there were extra pieces sitting in the warehouse. After 3 weeks and not having heard anything from them ( you would think they would call if time frame of delivery changed) we called them and they didnt know when. They said they would call back - which never happened. They NEVER return phone calls. After calling them again the next day they said it would reach us the following week - ofcourse that never happened!! We would call them every week to check on the status and every week they would say oh it will be definitely delivered next week. Finally after $3300 and 3 months later our couch was delivered two weeks ago!!! There was absolutely no apologizing or anything like they even cared about their customers. But this is not the end of the story - the couch came but it had the wrong legs!!!!!! We couldnt believe it! It was extremely frustrating - we got wooden legs instead of the chrome ones that we had ordered. This time we went to the store in person and Pat guaranteed again that they would get us the chrome legs in a day or two - however its been 2 weeks and nothing! we have been calling them and they just keep telling us to call back later, and have never returned our calls. This is soo not the look we wanted to go with. We would NEVER recommend this store to anyone! Unless u want to wait forever and never get exactly what u ordered for and have horrible customer service and people speak to u like they own u - DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
