Terrible Experience

Rated this place:

We ordered delivery the other night and have the worst experience ever. First of all, the food around an hour late. Afterwards, we found out that it was missing a salad. We called them and they said they will call the delivery guy to ask why. We waited for an hour and got no calls. I called them again and they said they could not reach the delivery guy. They said they will try again and get back to me. We waited for another hour and receive not calls. It is around 1am midnight. It was too so I gave up. My impression is that they do not care about the customers at all. They charge us for a salad and did not include a salad in the delivery. They did not active think of proper ways to handle the situation such as sending another order or refunding us. We receive no refund, so we felt totally cheated! The food that great as well. So we do not recommend this place at. Please stay away.

Thin crust pizza at almost any hour

Rated this place:

Ristorante Roma

My boyfriend lives a block away from Roma, so we sometimes go there just because it's so close, but in all honesty, there are way better reasons to love the place than just proximity.

First of all, they have some of the best thin crust pizza in town. Secondly, their kitchen is open until after 2:00am. There is something magical about being able to order some calamari and a freshly baked panzerotto from a taxi on your way home from a party.

The pastas and salads are also delicious, and the owner and staff are really adorable. The friendly banter and jovial attitudes seem to be universal for everyone affiliated with the place. Plus, even though I was a bit worried that their recent Restaurant Makeover experience would ruin some of the awesome homey vibe, it didn't at all. It just classed up one of my favourite neighbourhood pizza places.

Thin crust pizza

Rated this place:

Roma Ristorante was recently "revamped" on the TV show "Restaurant Makeover". We decided to try their famous pizza!! We had to agree with David Adjei..top toronto chef from the TV show that ..."this pizza rocks"!!! The decor is beautiful, warm and at the same time has an air of vibrancy! The service was "top notch" and the pizza and pastas were excellent. The prices were very reasonable, considering the great taste and large portions...we all took doggie bags home!!
