Grossman's, kickin' it since '48 (?) in Toronto's Chinatown, features great blues and jazz shows (including a long-running Sunday jam). Past performers include the likes of Down Child Blues Band, Holly Cole, Jeff Healey and Amanda Marshall. Grossman's character-rich atmosphere can be described as bare bones, raw, no-frills and just plain grit-tastic. It's all about the music. Straight-up, no chaser. And get this: there's never a cover charge!
