Escargots in black bean sauce, Lobster with ginger and green onion
Rated this place:
Beware: if you want to eat this delicious dish, you need to dig in with your hands. Servers provide you with long, oversized toothpicks/wooden skewers to pick out the snail. But the real star of the meal is the sauce, which has a hint of spice.
They give you the lobster dish in what I like to call "lazy pieces," meaning it's already cut up and easy for you to get at the meat. The ginger and green onion flavour makes you want to nibble it right off the shell, definitely not saucy like black bean, but that's not to say you won't get messy. Big portions, too!
