Late night eats that can't be beat

Of all the Chinatown restaurants that are open until 4:00am or 5:00am, New Ho King is the first one that ever comes to mind when I think about a late night feast.
Favourites on the menu include the garlicky Chinese eggplant, Hunan tofu, seafood chow mein and of course the unbelievably delicious and delicately crispy deep fried squid with spicy salt. I've never had anything on the menu that I really didn't like, but those are the standards that I have a hard time not ordering every single time I go in.
Service is curt but efficient, and really when it's nearly dawn and you find yourself in a crowded restaurant ordering noodles, that is precisely the kind of service you want to receive.
